Jesus said, "Whoever receives you, receives me, and whoever receives me receives the One who sent me." (Matt. 10:40)
Ushers play an important role in church life. They are usually the first to welcome parishioners and visitors to Mass with a warm, inviting presence. Ushers also ensure orderly seating at all Masses and help with the weekly collection.
